Shipping Policy

Shipping is free within Australia for all orders.

The Social Herd use Australia Post for all shipping via Registered Post.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will make every effort to deliver parcels as quickly as possible, however we are unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery. Orders are sent with Australia Post.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Social Herd if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we may not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

All prints that have been requested to be framed will be delivered by a freight company selected by The Social Herd. There will be additional charges for the customer for the delivery of the framed print via freight.

Returns

You may return/exchange any purchased item which is new and still in its original, unused and unwrapped condition. Proper postage and handling to return the print is essential. Please note that any returned prints that have been damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. We allow for only one free exchange, any exchanges thereafter will incur delivery costs.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of your delivery date and let us know your intention to exchange/refund by emailing alexandra@thesocialherd.com.au. Upon inspecting the returned item, we will then gladly credit your original method of payment. For exchanges, we will resend the new exchanged item for free without any additional charges.

Please choose carefully. No refunds or exchanges on sale items.

The Social Herd abides by the NSW Fair Trading laws governing consumer rights and trader responsibilities.
